Our ac stopped working on Saturday so I made a family call to my daughter and she told me her friends husband Toby had helped them out last summer with an issue they were having. I called Toby on Sunday and I knew from my call he was going to be the best decision in having someone come out to help. I told Toby our system is over 20years old and that we might need a replacement. His comment of let’s see what the problem is before we make that call. He and his son called like he promised 1st thing Monday morning and we’re here before 10am. I had the attic ready for their inspection ladder in place, it took them about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem a bad wire to the switch in the attic unit made repair and we have a fully functioning AC system! Now if he was like others I’ve tried to work with he could have come down and told me we needed a new system . I would not have been surprised since it’s an older system. He also checked the outside compressor and it to is working like it’s supposed to. The bill was VERY reasonable, I now have my guys to count on when we have ANY HVAC needs. I will be proud to recommend him to anyone that’s looking for HVAC systems or services. He said he will work Sacramento the foot hills down to the Bay Area. I am over the top happy to have done business with HEIM BOYS heating and air
