I came across this person as a referral from a friend. Little did I know that it would be an invitation to a nightmare. Horrible craftsmanship and terrible customer service. To date, the installation is incomplete and nothing but excuses on why he can't come back and correct his crappy installation. How many times can the same family member die? Remember Silvestre, the evil that you do to your customers and their family, will come back to you and your family 1000 times. I wouldn't wish this poor excuse for a tradesman on anyone. Buyer beware.
